Todd Theodora

Todd Theodora is the Chairman of Surf Park Holdings. Known by his friends as “Theo,” he is a prominent Southern California attorney and business leader. He is the founder of Theodora Oringher, PC, a nationally known business and real estate law firm headquartered in Orange County, and with multiple offices. He has served on the Clinical Faculty at Stanford Law School. His clients include Angels Baseball and Anaheim Ducks Hockey. He was the Chairman of the Board of the Tiger Woods Learning Center. He is a private equity and real estate investor, and a trusted advisor to numerous elected officials. Theo has been close friends with Wave Pool Holdings CEO and surfing legend Shaun Tomson for many years. Theo is a lifelong surfer, and in his youth he was a noted big wave surfer and competitor in surfing competitions throughout the world. He brings to Wave Pool holdings subject matter expertise, business, real estate and legal acumen, and access to capital. The combined talents of Theo and Shaun Tomson ensure that Surf Park Holdings can be relied upon to finance, develop and operate best in class wave pools.
